the Time - Luke

a)
92) Make
Peace with your adversary Luke
12:57-59 -
a) Luke
5:57 - Make
Peace with your Brother - If
we bring our gift to the alter and we remember that our brother has something
against us, our gift is of no value to God until we
reconcile with our brother, make peace with our brother, and then our gift will
be acceptable to the Lord. So let us be at peace with each other. in truth and
in Gods Love (Mark 9:50, Romans 12:8, 14:19, 1
Corinthians 6:15, 14:33, 2 Corinthians 13:11).
This may even mean to forgo our own rights, our own ways and pride, in order to
remain at peace with others, and others at peace with us.
b) Luke
12:58-59 - Settle
Matters with your Adversary Quickly -
If anyone has something against you, that they want to either sue
you or press criminal charges you should settle the
matter out of court, so that our adversary don' t continue with legal action
against us. The judge may be much harsher on us than a settlement out of court
would be. And then our adversary may even have our wages garnished or put us in
prison, or we may be ordered to pay even more out of our pockets to our
adversary through the court system (Matthew
5:25-26). In that it will also honor and
glorify God rather than disgrace God before mankind.
